At -321º Ice Cream Shop ®, you might be surprised when you make your first order. That's because your friendly server won’t be reaching into a tub with a scoop, like every other ice cream parlor. What you will see is the ice cream making process from start to cup: our fresh mix plus premium ingredients—transformed by a blast of liquid nitrogen. Once temperatures hit -321º, what emerges is a creamy creation that intensifies the fantastic flavors in ice cream, with a spoonable, frozen custard-like consistency.
